David Aronovici is the owner of 4 Seasons Home Inspections. David has the following qualifications: • Certified CREIA Inspector (California Real Estate Inspection Association) • ASHI Certified Inspector (American Society of Home Inspectors) • 2016-2017 Silicon Valley ASHI/CREIA Chapter, CREIA Secretary • 2018-2020 Silicon Valley ASHI/CREIA Chapter, ASHI VP • David graduated from the ASHI School (American Society of Home Inspectors) • David passed the National Home Inspector Examination issued by the Examination Board of Professional Home Inspectors whose mission is “to establish the standard of competence for home inspectors and to enhance consumer confidence in home inspection professionals". David has lived in Santa Cruz County for over 40 years and has been a business owner in Santa Cruz County for 20 years.
