Bio
This is an owner inspector company. The owner is the only inspector. He will always be as easy to reach after the inspection as he was before the inspection if a questions or advice is ever needed. this inspector is an expert with waterfront houses, bulkheads, etc. This inspector [prior to becoming a home inspector 20 years ago] has elevated houses up off of their foundations to be above flood tides, Then removed and replaced the foundations, aged plumbing, wiring, etc, all done while the house were up in the air. The home owners usually lived in these houses during this construction. This inspector has also installed many additions from the foundation to the roof shingles, installed hundreds of bathrooms, leveled and repaired crooked / sinking houses, repaired many bulkheads.
