Expert in the Field as of 1990
Albert Innamorati has been a home inspector for 34 years and has performed over 11,000 home inspections.
Mr. Innamorati holds a Bachelors Degree in Consumer Studies & 2x All American Skiing at the University of Utah - Salt Lake City.
Albert is a ASHI certified inspector and licensed in MA since 1995 and 2001 respectively. We pride ourselves for educating buyer's building science and building performance practices and we stay updated on new industry trends through continuing education.
We have liability insurance, workers’ compensation, and E&O insurance.
As a added bonus, Albert was a Licensed Construction Supervisor in MA for 25 years. As well as one of 8 Subject Matter Expert for the most recent writing for the National Home Inspectors Exam - in 2022.
We have extensive knowledge of building applications - including electrical systems plumbing practices heating and air conditioning as well assessing faulty workmanship indusry wide. We possess the right mix of technical knowledge, experience, and necessary education to deliver a thorough, quality home inspection.
Our knowledge of construction principles and law are combined with an ability to coordinate data, diagnose problems, and communicate issues.
