Bio
David Goldstein has been performing home inspections for almost 50 years and has been training people to become home inspectors for over 40 years. David is court qualified as an expert witness throughout NJ, PA and DE. David received his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology from the University of Maryland. He has been an ASHI Certified Inspector since 1985. David served as a National Officer in ASHI and on the Board of Directors, as well as the President of two different state chapters. He is a NJ, DE and NY Licensed Home Inspector, NJ and PA Licensed Building Inspector, Plumbing Inspector, Construction Official and Sub-Code Official and formerly licensed as a Fire Protection Inspector. He is also a NJ certified Pest Control Applicator and Radon Measurement Technician. David served as a subject matter expert and on the Board of Directors of the Examination Board of Professional Home Inspectors (EBPHI) for 17 years and was President of the EBPHI. David is a frequent lecturer of continuing education at local, state and national seminars.
