Atlanta Property Inspections has been helping home buyers since 1992 in the metro Atlanta area; our inspection team has conducted over 20,000 certified home inspections and have helped home buyers make an informed home buying decision with our detailed inspection reports.
We inspect all types of homes including resale homes, new construction, and condos / town homes. We work with first time buyers, move up buyers, and larger estate home buyers. We are dedicated to providing the home buying public with a professional inspection experience and our great customer reviews reflect our commitment to customer service. We encourage our clients to attend the inspection and get involved.
We also provide radon testing and mold sampling services as well as termite inspections and pool inspections.
