Bill was born and lived near Washington DC/Baltimore for 32 years. He now lives in North Port FL and loves the Southwest Fl. After graduating from college Bill spent several years working for the US Navy in a civilian position. He spent the next 14 years working as a Plant Engineer and/or Project Engineer in several factories.
Bill has been a professional inspector (residential and commercial) for over 20 years and has completed almost 10,000 residential inspections and hundreds of commercial inspections. He was on the board of the Indiana chapter of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) for 15 years and was the president of the Central Indiana Inspectors Group (CIIG) for 9 years.
