Bio
BSME; ENGINEER, over 15,000 inspections performed. Also, licensed termite inspector. 20 years as home inspector and ASHI member since 1997. Extensive background in building homes and carpentry.
I perform a very thorough home inspection with a common sense approach. I encourage engagement and I will teach you about your new home. Engineering degree from University of Missouri-Rolla.
My reports include pictures and a break down of Repair items and Maintenance items in an easy to read narrative report.
I live and was raised in St.Charles county.
I have been the most requested inspector at BPG for 20 years.
I serve the St. Louis area including St. Charles County, Jefferson County, Franklin County, and Lincoln county.
