Bio

Joe is an ASHI Certified Inspector and has his civil engineering degree from the University of MO. Joe has been doing ASHI inspections all around St. Louis since 1997. He will e-mail a very specific, paragraph-style, narrative report custom to the inspection and with pictures within 24 hours. Joe is very thorough, conscientious and "client service" oriented. He encourages the client to attend and participate in the inspection process. Joe strives for a well informed client so all stakeholders avoid surprises/controversy.
