A full time highly requested NJ licensed home inspector since 1999, Pete has performed over 7700 inspections on every type of property.....from bungalows, townhomes, historic homes, farms, commercial properties, to large palatial estates.
Pete is ASHI certified and carries a Radon and WDI License. He has been with the Bayonne New Jersey Fire Department since 1992 , where he has just recently retired as a Captain with 28 years of service.
Thorough, un-biased, qualified, knowledgeable, experienced and the father of five children! He possesses a keen eye for child , and overall safety and the condition of the home. With his sharp focus and attention to detail, you will learn about all the pertinent systems and components of your new home in a friendly, informative and down-to-earth manner.
