Our in-person or virtual summaries allow for a detailed presentation of pertinent findings while giving clients the important opportunity to ask questions and enhance their understandings. Prioritized reports are released on the same day as your scheduled inspection.
Vance Morimoto has been a home inspector with Building Specs Hawai‘i since 2015. He was trained directly under founder and former owner and general contractor Barry Wong. After 20 years in the technology industry, Vance needed a career and life change. Vance is tech savvy, great with people, detail oriented, intelligent and constantly elevating his skills and training. Vance is one of only a handful of ASHI certified inspectors in Hawaii. Clients and agents alike all agree that Vance can convey complex concepts in an easy to understand way. With over 7 years as a home inspector, Vance is one of the most experienced and trained professionals in Hawaii.
