Bio
Bret Butler has been inspecting single family homes and commercial buildings in and around Wine Country since 1995, when Butler Property Inspections was founded. Since that time he has performed more than 6,000 inspections. Bret is certified by the International Code Council as a Residential Combination Inspector, which is to say he understands their residential building, plumbing, mechanical and electrical codes. In the past he has held a valid Class B, general building contractor license and a California Real Estate Brokers license, although they have since expired or are otherwise inactive.
