Bio
Steve has over 20 years of real estate inspection related experience and has performed inspections on residential, multi-unit and commercial buildings. He is Past CREIA Chairman of the Board, Master CREIA Inspector, ASHI Certified Inspector and a CREIA Certified Trainer. He is also the past president of the Los Angeles West/South Bay Chapter of CREIA and and a current member of the CREIA Standards of Practice Committee, as well as the recipient of the Chapter President's Award, CREIA Inspector of the Year and CREIA Chairman's Award.
