Bio

Marc Champagne is an ASHI Certified home inspector in South Western CT. Marc started in home inspection in 2015 when he completed his preliminary training at the CT School of Home Inspection. Over the past 6 years Marc has continually worked to improve on those skills. Focussing on the customer experience, Marc tailors each inspection to the clients specific needs and concerns. Marc is the current President of the Coastal CT ASHI Chapter, and is a member of the CT State Licensing Board. Champagne Inspection Services performs a thorough inspection of the home. Inspecting roof systems and structure, siding and trim, grading, plumbing systems, as well as electrical and mechanical components of the house. We follow ASHI, and the State of CT standards. We will explain all the conditions of the house to you and provide you with a thorough and detailed report within 24 hours.
