Tyler Mahley is the owner of Clear Path Property Inspections, LLC for the Greater St. Louis Area and has conducted over 4,000 home inspections.
As a general contractor, with over 18 years of experience, he has considerable knowledge of real estate, the home, its systems, and has the ability to estimate and foresee potential problems.
As a result of his passion for the home, agents find him to be a valuable asset in assisting their clients through the home buying experience and empowering homeowners to keep their home safe and efficient.
Tyler is also an old home specialist, with considerable knowledge of city homes and building applications.
