Bio
Miki Mertz has been inspecting homes in the Kansas City area since 1992. She was one of the first women in the country to be an ASHI Certified Home Inspector. She was the first woman ever to serve on the ASHI Board of Directors. As a former school teacher, Miki believes in teaching buyers about their house during and after the inspection.
