Kyle D. Hardy, PELicensed Professional EngineerPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCEMr. Hardy is a Licensed Professional Engineer with over 10 years of facility experience in project management, engineering design, condition assessments, construction administration, and technical report writing. He provides technical review of facilities for owners, lenders, buyers and investors to provide information required to make an informed decision concerning the physical condition of property and the cost associated with those conditions. He has been involved in engineering assessments including evaluations of site improvements, structural, pavements, building envelope, roof, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. Mr. Hardy identifies repair and reserve needs, determines repair methods and associated costs. In addition he prepares property condition reports including identification of maintenance standards and repair schedules and handles correspondence with parties involved. Mr. Hardy's project experience ranges from multifamily apartment complexes, retail centers, office buildings, churches, medical buildings, to residential construction. He has performed more than 1,000 ASHI residential inspections and more than 200 Commercial Property Condition Assessments following ASTM E 2018 - 01, Standard Guide for Property Condition Assessments: Baseline Property Condition Assessment Process.
