Bio
Hi, my name is Mike Burla and I am born and raised in central NJ.
I am experienced in
Heating and A/C by trade and also skilled in commercial building maintenance.
High level of expertise in finding any problems that may require further evaluation.
It’s important that home buyers are aware of any issues or deficiencies in the home they are purchasing prior to closing.
With the knowledge I have acquired over my many years I will identify the deficiencies and advise whether or not a qualified licensed contractor in that discipline will be needed for repairs. This also gives the buyer the knowledge to determine whether or not to negotiate or go through with the purchase. In fact if the buyer is so inclined, I’ll walk them through the inspection and show them all of the issues with either their first home, beach home, rental property, or even an investment property.
And most importantly I can guarantee that I will promptly do everything I can to document the entire inspection and email it to the buyer within a 24 hour period.
It’s a simple process for the buyer because all my notes and pictures will be listed in a PDF file.
Area’s of concern and items I think should be addressed by a qualified professional prior to sale will all be included.
