Bio
Terry Finegan is a graduate of Miami University of Oxford, Ohio, and has a master's degree in Educational Administration from the University of Dayton. He has excellent hands-on experience from his years as a custom home builder and remodeler and is conversant with area building codes and regulations. Having originally trained as a teacher, he is always happy to educate future buyers as to the features found on their prospective residential purchase. His other areas of expertise are: EIFS, historic homes, ACMV, multi-family dwellings, and new construction and moisture intrusion of the building envelope. Finegan Inspection Services has been conducting home inspections since 1992, and EIFS inspections since 1996. As of January 1, 2022, Finegan Inspection Services, Inc, has conducted over 18,000 home inspections and over 1000 EIFS/stucco inspections.
