Bio

My name is Ryan Arakawa. I was born and raised in Hawaii on the island of Oahu. I began my Home Inspection career in California working two other inspection companies. I brought back my experience and education home to Hawaii in 2010. I started Forefront Inspections to bring a higher standard to the home inspection industry and to meet the needs of my clients with top quality service. Forefront Inspections is independently owned and operated here in Hawaii. I have performed over 5,000 property inspections to date with experience in residential building and remodeling. I'm a certified inspector and a proud member of ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) and InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors). ASHI and InterNACHI certification requires a combination of education, specialized training, experience, passing a National certification exam, maintaining continuing education credits, and agreeing to abide by a national code of ethics for home inspectors. I'm continually learning the latest code changes, new developments, recalls, and safety announcements in the residential industry. With every inspection that I perform, I do everything in my power to make sure that my clients receive a thorough evaluation of the home. I use the most highly recognized, accurate, technologically advanced tools, and methodology available to the inspection industry. I'm here to report the current physical condition of the home but I also know first hand the
