Bio
I have 40+ years in the construction and maintenance trades, with experience in new construction, remodeling, plumbing, roofing and HVAC. The last 30+ years I have been a residential electrician and electrical contractor. I am a graduate of the ASHI School, am an Ohio Licensed Home Inspector, also Ohio Licensed for Radon Testing and Wood Damaging Insect inspections, FAA Licensed Drone Pilot, and have passed the National Home Inspector Examination.
