Guardian Residential Services, Inc. provides home owners the Peace of Mind that the roof over their heads has been inspected and informs them as to any items that need repairs, preventative measures and areas that will need maintenance over time. Providing a thorough inspection report with HD pictures. Customer Service is our primary goal, as well as a providing a detailed assessment of the homes current condition.
We provide home buyers with information right at their finger tips about the appliances and equipment associated with the home. Being able to catch and repair items around the home can save the home owner thousands of dollars in repairs. We recommend that homes are inspected every year, so it will build a history of the home and provide a full disclosure for future sale of the home. These annual inspections increase the probability of it being sold quicker than a home that hasn't had yearly inspections.
We also provide home inspections for homes presently on the market. The InterNACHI and ASHI inspection Certification requires us to provide full disclosure to the home owner, which eliminates the prospective buyer from having to obtain an inspection of the home.
