Bio

During 48 years in Arizona, 42 have been directly involved in construction, remodels, inspections and manufacturing of residential and commercial buildings and components. I have owned 2 companies for 30 years performing inspections for compliance with State and Federal EPA regulatory agencies on new and existing construction as well as Health, Safety & Functionality inspections on residential properties. With over 19 years in residential inspections in the "Valley Of The Sun" under the guidelines of the State of Arizona BTR.Along with the current home inspection business I contract with a large corporation, UFP Inc., providing production, precision and safety training in the manufacturing and handling of roof trusses, framing lumber and siding. We also use the IR Fusion Thermal Imaging system. This is a growing field since the affordability of the current available cameras. An avid learner and troubleshooter I will share my knowledge (for a fee) to those in need!
