I can do multi family, condos, and commercial properties, I am certified in Mold Testing, Air Quality Testing, Radon Testing, Septic Testing, Water testing, Lic. Termite Inspector. I perform Infrared scans as part of the home inspection process. (used in finding hidden water leaks,drafts, and overheating electrical wiring).
