Bio
HomePro Systems of Delaware Valley, Inc. is professional and passionate about what we do. HomePro inspects homes and performs radon testing using electronic monitors. Our dedicated staff is available to address your concerns before, during and after the home inspection process. Our staff gathers the scheduling details, contacts agents to gain access, emails preliminary documentation, and arranges for a wood destroying insect inspection, if you choose. The staff proofreads and sends out the home inspection and radon reports, sends out a helpful Pre-Settlement walk through guide and are available for any post settlement questions. HomePro is licensed in Delaware, the City of Wilmington, in Pennsylvania and the City of Philadelphia. We offer three different reporting systems; issued depending on the needs of the client. The HI report is all electronic with photographs included. The layout is system by system. The 3D report is also all electronic with photographs included. The layout is room by room. The HomeBook is a paper based report. A field copy is generated on site and inserted into the 300 pg manual for the client to take at the end of the home inspection. The complete electronic report with photographs is emailed the following day. John Spoehr, the chief inspector, began inspecting in 1989. He became ASHI certified in 1992 #6245, inspected around 16,500 area homes, has field trained dozens of home inspectors, and taught inspectors on the national, state and local levels.
