Bio

Nick has partnered with Prime Time Home Inspections since August 2019. Nick is certified through AHIT & is an active member of ASHI. In Nick's first year, he completed over 225 home inspections. Prior to becoming a home inspector, Nick was a realtor for six years. My business partner Tim Stolba has been in business as a local home inspector for over 13 years. I look forward to continuing to serve my community through my business and volunteer work. Outside of home inspections Nick enjoys the outdoors along with being heavily involved in the Kiwanis Miracle League at Prospect Meadows Baseball complex In Marion, IA. We provide the opportunity for handicapped children to play the great American sport of Baseball. I appreciate you taking the time to get to know me a little more.
