I have been performing Home Inspections for 17 years. Previously I owned and operated an industrial and automotive equipment company. During this time I did extensive home repair work, home remodeling and custom woodworking for both fun and profit. I earned a Bachelors degree from the University of South Alabama in Business Marketing. I graduated with highest honors from the NRI Institutes' Home Inspection Training and have completed extensive on-the-job training. I take numerous training classes and seminars to keep up with changes in the housing industry, building code changes and to provide my customers with the needed to make an informed decision about their purchase. This also helps me to inform my clients about improvements that may make their home safer, more comfortable, more energy efficient and better suit their needs.
