Bio
With over 16 years in the residential construction industry and over 17 years performing home inspections, Radon Gas, and Mold Testing, rest assured I have the experience and knowledge to provide you with a detailed and comprehensive inspection. I am proud to be an ASHI Certified home inspector. I perform every inspection as if my daughter and grandbabies were buying the home.
If you are a first-time homebuyer or a previous homeowner, my goal is to make sure you have a complete understanding of the condition of the structure you are considering buying so you can make an informed decision.
Another service I offer is building consultations. This type of inspection is more specific than a regular full home inspection. Such as identifying/locating leaks/moisture issues, deck inspections, inspecting remodeling/renovations, or any other concern you may have. The advantage for you is I will not be trying to sell you additional services (repairs) so I will be neutral in providing you the information you need.
