Bio
Edward Schluth has been performing home inspections for over 20 years.
Ed also has an addition 15 years of hands on experience in the construction industry. Over 5000 inspections have been performed to date by Edward Schluth. Clients are provided a thorough inspection with a detailed narrative report within 24 hours of the inspection. Reports tend to be 50 to 60 pages or more with color photos of problem areas. Maintenance suggestions and tips are also given in the report. Client is encouraged to attend the inspection and is entitled to free phone consultation following the inspection.
