Bio
The owner, Marty Lunsford, is a Jacksonville native that has owned and operated several home inspection and pest control companies since 1984. Marty's level of customer service onsite with his clients and his relationship with realtors are nothing less than professional. He attributes most of his success not only to his vast knowledge in this industry but to his outstanding skills as a people-person and his ability to truly understand the needs of our clients and realtors.
We deliver same-day easy to read inspection reports. Included as well is a FREE infrared scan. Other services offered: WDO inspections, Four Point Inspections, Wind Mitigation Certificates, Pool/Spa, Drone Inspections. & Mold Testing.
