Roger Skaggs has successfully been in business since 1999 providing home, commercial, draw, limited scope, infrared thermography, sellers' pre-listing, & re-inspections. To date, he has completed over 5,000 inspections. Mr. Skaggs has been active in the Arizona Chapter of the American Society of Home Inspectors for several years as Treasurer ,Vice President and now as President. He also trained new home inspectors on a regular basis in Phoenix AZ. He regularly updates computer-based software used by many home inspectors in the United States. Presently, Roger is the home inspector with the most seniority, experience, and high quality reports in the greater Quad-City area of Yavapai County. Inspect-It 1st Property Inspection Prescott is supported by a General Manager who arranges inspections & handles other business so Roger is free to focus on inspections and concise report writing.
