Bio

Oby was a residential home builder, Home renovator specifically for kitchens and baths and a commercial construction project manager. His projects include disaster restoration, hotel/high rise condo construction projects, FedExOffice projects throughout the South, Home Depot re-roof projects and was a construction manager for the Wachovia-Wells Fargo re-branding program. He has a PMP certification (Project Management Professional) through PMI. He is also a certified ASHI inspector. He was Marketing Director/Inspector for a property inspection national franchise. Oby's core values are, " No matter what business you are in, it's always about people" and providing top tier service for the customer during the due diligence period.
