Bio

John Maurin, the owner of J. Maurin Home Inspection Inc., has recently joined BPG Inspections and has more than 30 years experience in the construction industry and is certified as a home inspector by the State of Illinois, along with the American Society of Home Inspectors as an ASHI Certified Inspectors (ACI) -- Having reached the highest level of ASHI Membership. John has a degree in Architectural Technology from Southern Illinois University. He has extensive training and customized computer inspection reports are detailed, through and always timely. The real estate agents, and homeowners with whom he has worked with have become to know and trust his responsiveness, professionalism and reliability. In 2022 became Certified in FAA Part 107 sUAS & Drone qualified.
