Bio
Meet Chris Lucke. Missouri Property Inspections Owner/Operator. Chris started working for Missouri Property Inspections in 2011 while living at Lake of the Ozarks. He and his wife moved to St. Louis in 2012 and continued working under the prior ownership until he purchased the company in 2020. He is a pilot by trade, so checklists and attention to detail is right up his wheelhouse. Behind the scenes he keeps up to date with continuing education on latest/newest information to perform top-notch quality inspections and ASHI certified. As a pilot, he is able to operate a drone for aerial photos and roof inspections on hard-to-access buildings. Being a small business owner and family operated company allows him to offer flexible scheduling for clients. Competitive pricing and package bundles are available for all clients. Chris is happy to discuss with clients on choosing the types of inspections to meet their future property's needs. Please reach out and contact him to discuss inspecting one of your biggest investments.
