Bio

Tim is our owner and lead inspector. His background includes general contracting for both commercial and residential construction. He has been the general contractor for a light manufacturing company and their 100,000 sq. foot addition. He has also led several remodel projects and worked with a variety of subcontractors. Tim’s ‘behind the build’ experience provides him a unique perspective. That perspective is a welcome benefit to our clients. Tim is an ASHI Inspector in good standing and is committed to pursuing ongoing inspector education and customer service. He is available to educate and present helpful home inspection information as it relates to the first-time home buyer, the seasoned home owner, as well as, the entire real estate community.
