Bio

Morgan's background is in carpentry and home renovation. He worked for several years as a carpenter, mostly with restoration and renovation contractors, and he has renovated several homes. His passion for old homes, architecture, and construction was a natural fit with Home Inspection, and in 2005 he founded MKC Associates - a local Home Inspection company that currently employs 4 additional Home Inspectors. Morgan has trained several home inspectors over the years, helping to provide entry into the profession. He has served as Education Director for the Local ASHI chapter, ASHI New England, from 2020-2022. Morgan is a Certified Inspector with the American Society of Home Inspectors, Certified Pest Inspector by the New England Pest Management Association and a Certified Residential Radon Measurement Provider with National Radon Proficiency Program (NRPP)
