Bio
Tom Sansone has been providing Home Inspections in the Rochester, NY area since 1989. His many years of experience allow him to find problems that other inspectors might miss. He is the owner of the Rochester area franchise of National Property Inspections (NPI) and has won the prestigious NPI Pinnacle Award. He is a NY State Licensed Home Inspector (License #16000006964). He is a Certified Member of the American Society of Home Inspectors® (ASHI #094246); Mr. Sansone is also a NY State Certified Pesticide Applicator (8801445) and a NY State ELAP Certified Radon Tester (11729),) He is a Past President of the Rochester, NY chapter of ASHI. Mr. Sansone is also a NY State Certified Home Inspector Instructor. He is also a Federally Certified FHA 203k Consultant (P1568).
