Bio
Noble home inspection has been in business for 14 years. I take great care to provide a very personal inspection experience. This is why I am the only inspector at Noble Home inspection. I want total control of the level of inspection and service provided and clients speak to the same person making the appointment, writing the report, taking the pictures and addressing specific concerns noted. Communication has is best done face to face, this will never change.
Continuing education and experience combined with research and practical mechanical knowledge makes for proper understanding of what is right and wrong with a home.
Personal hobbies and a natural curiosity make me a better inspector. By rebuilding antique cars and doing all the handy work in my own home keeps my understanding and perspective sharp.
I use thermal imaging, a camera on a very tall pole and a borescope to see around and behind things.
Clients are always invited to tag along and ask questions and practical solutions are offered on many repairs unless advanced qualifications are required.
Reports are written and sent the same day of inspection unless discussed with the clients and realtors. Then reports are delivered the very next day.
I can provide radon testing or the " walk and talk consultation" as well.
