Bio

Serving Maine & New Hampshire I started apprenticing for my dad prior to entering the Military. Richard Ross was an independent contractor for over 40 years. I served 9 years in the U.S. Navy in Southern California prior to entering the corporate world upon being discharged. In 2014 my wife and I relocated to the Cape Neddick, Maine area where I decided to return to my roots. I am certified through American Home Inspection Institute (AHIT) as well as a Certified Inspector for the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). I come from an extensive family background of independent contractors and look forward to helping you assess your next home purchase.
