Bio
Roland is a founding Partner and an Inspector with Pelorus Inspection & Environmental Resource Group. Roland has been providing residential and commercial inspections in the Atlanta-Metro area for more than 15 years and has conducted as many as 10,000 inspections. His experience and success is built on the belief that each property is unique and, whether within or outside the Atlanta-Metro area, Roland welcomes the opportunity to assist his clients in better understanding the property they are purchasing.
Roland's goal is to empower property buyers by sharing his knowledge and expertise in buildings, systems, and construction/environmental science. In addition to being a Certified Member of the American Society of Home Inspectors, Roland has extensive experience as a designer, custom home builder and renovator. He is also certified through Pro Lab as a mold inspector and is qualified to provide a range of environmental testing, including radon gas, lead, and asbestos.
