Carlton is 75 years old, and has been a Louisiana Certified Home Inspector for 16 years, and became ASHI Certified in 2010. Carlton has a background in the technology industry as well as extensive experience remodeling homes for resale and general construction. Carlton was involved with one of the nations largest sport surfacing and construction companies, and has an extensive background in concrete and post tension concrete. Thermal imaging is utilized in the inspections performed by Carlton and descriptive, comprehensive reporting. Carlton believes in a fair approach to inspecting a home or commercial building, meaning that an honest, thorough evaluation is made of all issues, and they are reported in an comprehensive, thorough, and fair manner. Carlton has 3 adult children and 12 grandchildren, and is very active in his church. He has a ministry (Guitar Ministries, Inc.) that donates guitars to missionaries and those in need all over the world.
