Bio

Keith has been a member of ASHI since 1991, and has performed over 10,000 residential and commercial inspections. Keith also provides ancillary services including wood destroying insect inspections, mold inspections, radon testing, septic testing, and well water testing, as well as consulting. Keith is past Chair of ASHI's Chapter Relations Committee, and ASHI's Code of Ethics Committee. He is active in the NYS Association of Home Inspectors, CNYASHI, and the Southern Tier Association of Home Inspectors. Keith is a New York State home inspection and real estate instructor.
