Bio
S. Craig Lemmon is a Certified Inspector following the stringent code of ethics of ASHI. Mr. Lemmon is the 2010-2016 Lonestar ASHI President. Mr. Lemmon served on the Board of Directors of the Texas Association of Real Estate Inspectiors. (TAREI). Mr Lemmon is well versed in phase inspections, new home, presell , prebuilt, anniversary and commercial inspections. Mr. Lemmon holds an EIFS. Moisture Analyst Certification from EDI Level 2 , a Septic certification for NAWT and a TDI VIP certification.. Mr. Lemmon is an ITC Level lll Thermographer and holds an ICC Certified Residential Inspector Certification
