David Goldberg is an ASHI Certified Home Inspector in the DC Metro area. David will entertain going beyond the Metro area also. David has over 33 yrs of experience as a home inspector and over 45 yrs in the construction industry. David is President of the MD ASHI chapter, Mac-ASHI, and he is instrumental in orchestrating education and technical seminars for ASHI inspectors. David earned a Bachelor of Science and a Minor in Marketing degree from Slippery Rock University. He has completed post-graduate courses in Construction Management. David began performing home inspections in 1988 after completing his training at The National Institute of Building Inspectors. David opened Reliable Home Services, Inc. (dba RHS, Inc.) in 1992.
