Bio
Hi. My name is Steve Berry. I have been a licensed home remodeler in the Maryland, DC and Virginia area since 1987. Although I am fairly new to the home inspection business, I am confident in my abilities at inspecting homes, and, as an added plus, I love inspecting homes! In addition to my experience as a home remodeler, I have spent many hours in training with top local inspection professionals, and I have met all the State requirements in Maryland and Virginia to obtain my licenses in those states, as well as New Constriction in Virginia.
The mission of ProVantage Home Inspection Services is to provide the highest quality home inspection at a reasonable price.
