Every house is different, and every part of a house is different. They do not "pass" or "fail" inspection. With Top Line, each system and component of your new home will be thoroughly inspected and reported on its own merits in clear, accurate language with recommendations to make and keep your home safe and sound. The way we do this is through adherence to a professional standard of practice, required of all members of the American Society of Home Inspectors. You'll learn about items of significant and immediate concern, which will be useful in negotiating the terms of closing, but also those related to typical repairs and maintenance of which you'll need to be aware in the first year or two of owning your new home.
Whether you're buying your first home or your fifth—brand new or 100 years old—we'll provide you with the information you need to be confident making the largest investment of your life.
