Owner and an active fulltime inspector for Sherman Home Inspections, LLC . since 1985. With an electrical, home renovations, and building trades background, I hold a Massachusetts Home Inspector License (157)and Rhode Island Home Inspector License (43782), RI Well Water Sampler: SPW00075,Home Inspector Certification (10763) from ASHI and ASHI New England, certified Radon Measurement Service Provider (AARST 1465), Massachusetts Construction Supervisor's License, and Wood Destroying Insects (WDI) certification from NEPMA (WDI 070044). With over 12000 inspections of homes and commercial properties and an average of 60 hours per year of seminars or courses in home inspection related fields, I'm ready to evaluate and educate you about the purchase of your home. My goal is that you become a well-informed consumer enabling you to make an informed decision in your purchase.
