I am a certified member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and the California Real Estate Inspection Association (CREIA). I have inspected over 3,500 properties ranging from a mid 1800s stone castle to new construction. I am a former General Contractor and Commercial Real Estate Manager with over 35 years experience in the residential and commercial construction and commercial property management industries. My company inspects commercial and residencial properties for buyers, seller, and owners. I produce a narrative style report that includes photos.
