Tom Morgan is a Master Inspector and member of Sound Home Inspection, LLC. Member of the Connecticut Better Business Bureau with A+ rating. Connecticut state license # HOI.234. ASHI # 5535. Rhode Island septic inspector license # 040423. Also a licensed sub-surface sewage inspector by the State of Connecticut Department of Public Health License number 005674. Connecticut Association of Home Inspectors (CAHI) member. Performs radon in air testing, water sampling and wood destroying insect inspections. Thirty years of inspecting over 6,000 homes. Formerly a Connecticut licensed Home Improvement Contractor with ten years of construction and rehabilitation experience. M.B.A., University of New Haven, New Haven, CT. B.S. in Economics, Marietta College, Marietta, Ohio.
