Bio
I have worked as a mechanical engineer for 30 years. I put myself through college working in construction as a block mason then later as a welder, so I know what it means to work hard and the value of a dollar.
I am a proud graduate of Youngstown State University with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. Throughout my career I have earned many certifications that have expanded my skills and will be beneficial to my home inspection business. My work experience includes High Turbine Engineer for Pratt and Whitney, International Design Team for Goodyear Tire and Rubber where I spent a year working in Germany, Senior Engineer, and Project Lead for Lockheed Martin.
I started TF Property Inspections in 2015 to help people in the process of buying a home knowing that this may be one of the most stressful times. I have purchased several homes over my lifetime which gives me the understanding how stressful this can be for a home buyer. this gives me the insight and what a new homeowner is up against/
I received my training through Home Spection Training Institute and ICA Inspection. Became an ASHI and InterNACHI member and for my continuing education and professional organization and served on the North Central Ohio ASHI (NCOASHI) bored as secretary and now vice president which allows me to see the changes and education requirements for and Ohio license home inspector. I believe in good communication.
