Bio

Growing up in the construction business and working 40 years in the construction industry, I bring my knowledge and experience to the home inspection business to help my clients understand more about the home or building that they are purchasing. I encourage our clients to go through the inspection along with me because I like to point out various maintenance items with their new home that will help them enjoy it for years to come. This is valuable knowledge for the first time home buyer or the seasoned homeowner that sets Trident Building Inspections apart from the rest. We offer many services such as radon testing, termite inspection, pool inspections, mold testing, asbestos testing, lead-based paint testing, underground storage tank sweeping. I am also FEMA certified, and a certified HUD consultant specializing in 203k and homepath loan consulting.
